About
Nearly fifty years ago, Roger Fairchild learned vinegar-making from his uncle, L.C. Fairchild. He built Golden Valley Vinegar in Fruitland, Idaho, where he still works hands-on with his team every day.
We import whole apples from Washington and Idaho farms using our own fleet, then manufacture, store, and ship from a single fully-integrated facility. No middlemen. No outsourced steps. We control the supply chain from orchard to your loading dock.

Products
Both organic and conventional ACV are produced from whole apples at our Fruitland, Idaho facility using the same equipment and quality protocols.
Certified organic ACV from 100% juice-quality Washington State organic apples. Raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized, with the Mother. Never diluted with water.
Whole-apple ACV at 6% acetic acid. The product we built our name on — a proven workhorse for ag, livestock, and food-service operations nationwide.

Whole organic apples from Washington State. Conventional apples from Idaho and Washington. Sourced from trusted farm partners we've worked with for decades.
Fresh whole apples are pressed at our Fruitland facility. No concentrate. No cores, peels, or cannery scraps. State-of-the-art equipment throughout.
Apple sugars ferment to ethanol, then undergo submerged acetobacter oxidation to produce acetic acid. All processing and storage in stainless steel.
We work with freight brokers to find the lowest rates. Available in drums, totes, and tanker trucks. Shipped to customers across the United States.
